These are the limited edition prints released by Josh Agle in 2023.

| Jungle Room Jam
Size: 38” x 20” Released at The Jungle Room Bar at the Graceland Exhibition Center in Memphis, Tennessee on Saturday, 2nd December 2023. The idea for the Elvis collection came after Shag took a visit to Graceland in 2022. Shag collaborated with Elvis Presley Enterprises to create a piece of art celebrating the most unusual space in the mansion, the Jungle Room. Elvis furnished the themed family room in the late 1960s with a collection of kitschy carved furniture and tiki statues, a working waterfall, and then notoriously had both the floor and the ceiling covered in green shag carpeting.
“I knew Elvis spent a lot of time in the Jungle Room, and wanted to depict something musical happening in the
space,” Shag explained. The final result, titled “Jungle Room Jam,” features Elvis playing guitar with an unidentified friend surrounded by the familiar and identifiable furnishings and decor of the Jungle Room.

| Bambi and Thumper
Size: 39″ x 21″ Shag: “I first saw “Diamonds Are Forever” as a kid, and the scene where two beautiful bodyguards beat up James Bond in a futuristic home is something that made a lasting impression on me. Many years later, I got to stay in that supervillain’s lair, the Elrod House in Palm Springs, and I blasted the soundtrack to “Diamonds Are Forever.” As I pushed a button which caused a giant curved wall of glass to disappear into the hillside, suddenly I was standing at the edge of the very same swimming pool that Bambi and Thumper had knocked James Bond into.
How could it not inspire a painting?”

| The Harmonic Perspective
Size: 48″ x 23″ Released at The Harmonic Perspective Print Release Party at Taliesin West! on the 22nd of April 2023. This print is a tribute to architect Frank Lloyd Wright published in collaboration with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. The print features the Garden Room of Wright’s Taliesin West winter home and studio in Scottsdale, Arizona, which completed its renovation in 2021. Shag: “I chose to depict the Garden Room after learning that Frank Lloyd Wright would hold salon-style gatherings and music appreciation nights there. As a space, it encapsulates the design philosophy and materials of Taliesin West. The first time I was there, I was captivated by the sloped ceiling with horizontal lines, the unique stone and woodwork, and the unusual window layout. The room is a visual feast that lends itself to a fine art print.” Hand-signed and numbered by Shag. |
